Happy Wednesday Nerds,

Another week has gone and another month. I swear I still feel like Christmas was just last week. LOL. πŸ™‚ Anyway, it’s time for another WWW. this weekly meme is hosted by Sam from Taking on a World of Words. This meme just requires you to answer 3 questions and then comment your link on Sam’s current post. No blog? Commenting your answers works too. πŸ™‚

Now let’s get on with this…

#3 Questions are to be answered:

1. What are you currently reading?

I’m still readingΒ Rust and StardustΒ and frankly I’m conflicted by it. I might finish it this week so I’ll just tell you how I really feel about it on my review. πŸ™‚ And I’m reading another book.

186074TITLE:Β The Name of the Wind
BY:Β Patrick Rothfuss
STATUS:Β 156 pages. They were right, the first 100 pages was kinda boring but past that, it gets better and I know this will be one of my fave books. So I had to stop reading it as it needs my whole attention. Thus it will wait till weekend.
Has anyone read this one?

2. What did you recently finished?

We had a Readathon last weekend and I finished 4 Books. And apart from that I read 1 book before the Readathon and another 1 after. So all in all I finished 6 books.

To read my reviews, just click their titles below:

  1. The Zanna Function by Daniel Wheatley Β (3.5/5 stars)
  2. Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller Β (4.5/5 stars)
  3. The Belles by Dhonielle ClaytonΒ (2.5/5 stars)
  4. A Man called Ove by Fredrik BackmanΒ (4/5 stars)
  5. The Witch Doesn’t Burn in this OneΒ (3.5/5 stars)
  6. Zombie Abbey by Lauren Baratz-LogstedΒ (4/5 stars)

3. What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m sure I’ll finish the the other two books after The Name of The Wind. Have I mentioned it’s a series(The Kingkiller Chronicles), only the last book is yet to be published. 😦 Anyway, they are long books so I don’t think I’ll read much after reading it but here’s a list of what I might read next. πŸ™‚

So how about you guys? Have you read any of these books or are they on your list too? Tell me what you think. Let’s chat. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Have a great week and happy reading.:) πŸ™‚

  1. Wow, if the first 100 pages of The Name of the Wind out of 156 were boring, the last 56 pages must be stupendous to turn around your opinion of it!

Glad you enjoyed A Man Called Ove. I liked that too although my favourite character was his wife, Sonja. He didn’t deserve her!

Not sure we really like the same kind of books but here’s my WWW link anyway: https://whatcathyreadnext.wordpress.com/2018/04/04/www-wednesdays-4th-april-18/

    1. You bet πŸ™‚ It was really hard to get into the story during the first chapters.. I think all High Fantasy books share that ‘flaw’ but suddenly, I realized I was already so immersed in its world. I have high hopes that I’ll like the book till as I expected. All my trusted reviewers on Goodreads, rated it five stars. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Lols… I like Sonja too… then you’re like one of her friends who couldn’t believe she married him. he mentioned that earlier in the book, right? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

I actually read any genre. I did stay away from contemporary in the past months as that genre usually includes triggers and I’ve been dealing with depression. But I’m so much better now so I can literally read everything again. Even Nonfiction. πŸ™‚

      *looking at your http://WWW..

  2. I have not read, The Name of the Wind. I’ve been seeing it pop though, I guess I need to really add it to my TBR. haha. I’m so glad you liked, A Man Called Ove! It’s one of my all time favorites.

The Belles.. I’ve been seeing a lot of not so great reviews lately! I’m starting to re-think having it on my TBR.

          1. Yeah that’s probably it… Although Slow Regard Of Silent Things is a novella I believe? There is no information about the publish date for the final book and it’s been already 7 years, so that’s probably a good enough reason to wait a little longer (do I smell a GRRM syndrome here? xD)

            1. Hahaha…That’s what I thought too when I first searched his books but maybe it’s worth the wait. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Besides book 1 and 2 though years apart published are both well-received,.. well based on Goodreads ratings. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Yeah The Slow Regard is a Novella.

    1. Like two days ago? I’m glad you loved it because I love it a lot too. I couldn’t decide what color I should use as my background so I thought, ‘what the heck, why not use all colors instead.’ hahaha.. thanks for the comment. πŸ™‚
