LGBTQIAP Books on my 2018 TBR

Hi Guys,

You all know I have a MASSIVE TBR list, right? Well, on my TBR, there’s this one genre I realized I have been almost ignoring. I’m guilty and I’m sorry. It’s the LGBTQIAP genre. I’m a moody reader and usually I read at least ten books in a particular genre depends on what my moods prefer. At the moment, I’m So into fantasy genre. Anyway, I always tell myself, I’ll read LGBTQIAP books this month, but it’s April now and I haven’t yet read any of the LGBTQIAP books I own.

Yeah, SHAME ON ME!!!!

But their numbers on my shelf and in my e-reader is already overwhelming. So I have to take care of them SOON. Soon as in THIS MONTH. I’m really excited for this genre and I’m expecting that by the end of this year, I’ll have a massive list of my favorite LGBTQIAP characters as well.

So without further ado, here are the LGBTQIAP books I’m gonna read this year:

So, these are just ten of the books I have on my list. And these ten are highly rated on goodreads so I’m excited to read them all.Β But these are not enough. I need recommendations. The best ones. As long as there’s NO CHEATING in the story.

Have you read any of these books? What do you think of them?Β I’m okay with Spoilers.Β I rather be spoiled with the story than be disappointed. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Okay that’s it guys. Just one more question:Β What’s your favorite Genre?

Happy Reading People.

There are a lot of books here on my list too! Definitely let me know which ones you love! I can recommend Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde it’s a super cute story with adorable diverse characters. It’s about a group of friends going to a comic con. It’s super light and short, but I really loved how the author described everything! If you want I have a review on my blog for it
It was my first review/post on my blog last September! πŸ˜…

I have many of these books you mentioned on my TBR. I can give you LGBTQ recs but they are not YA books (if that’s okay… I see you mostly read YA, so I dunno if it is.) The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller is excellent, if you like the story of the Iliad, go for that. Maurice by E. M. Forster is a modern classic and the first gay classic I read. I will forever recommend it to everyone XD Then there’s the Whyborne & Griffin series by Jordan L. Hawk that has really good mysteries and a cute duo… Happy reading!!
