WWW Wednesday #22

Happy Wednesday Guys,

240_F_132790956_kmUGMdwatnAcQUIXx6yOQadP83XcOY9y

It’s time for another recap of my week thru this meme. This meme is hosted by Sam from Taking on a World of Words and everyone is welcome to join. All you have to do every week is to answer some questions and then comment your post link on Sam’s current post. 🙂

So here’s my week…

#3 Questions are to be answered:

1. What are you currently reading?

35297394TITLE: The Wicked Deep

BY: Shea Ernshaw

STATUS: Actually I just listed this one. I just finished “Sky in the Deep” and I’m in a mood to start another fantasy with the word, Deep, in the title. Lol. Anyway, this story is about witches so I’m excited.

2. What did you recently finished?

I finished 4 Books last week guys…

Sky in the Deep, I just read at 2 a.m. today till 5 a.m. and I got to sleep at 7 a.m… Yep i was born in a different country. I sleep when it’s daytime here. Anyway, I love the book so much, it’s about Vikings and badass, amazing characters. It’s highly recommended for me. The Oddling Prince, sadly, didn’t appeal to me as much as I expected. I found it boring and icky. But that’s just me.. You guys might like it more than I did. The Slow Regard of Silent Things is a companion novel of Patrick Rothfuss’ Kingkiller Chronicles. As Rothfuss said this one isn’t his best work and he encourages you to read the main series instead. But I did found this one adorable because it tells a story about one of the most lovable characters in the series, Auri. I love Auri. There is More is Christian Self-Help and I really liked it. It’s motivating and inspiring.

Click the titles to see their reviews:

1.) Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young
2.) The Oddling Prince by Nancy Springer
3.)The Slow Regard of Silent Things (The Kingkiller Chronicle #2.5)
4.) There is More by Brian Houston (RTC)

3. What do you thing you’ll read next?

These are all ARCs that need my immediate attention. Gotta finish them this week. hopefully. ARCs are usually hit or miss and whenever I read a miss, I lost interest in all of my ARCs. hehe.. But I try.

How about you all? What books have you read last week and what’s on your TBR? Any recommendations? You can post your links below and we can chat. 🙂 🙂

Happy Reading Guys and God Bless you all.

    1. I hope so too.. I haven’t really started reading it but my hopes are high. My trusted reviewers on Goodreads rated it high.
With Sky in the Deep, like i said in the review, there’s no surprising, mindblowing stuff that will happen, but i think the whole story, plot, was well sketched and I wasn’t left unsatisfied. 🙂 🙂 Hope you enjoy it too if you decide to read it.

(We do WWW Wednesday every week.. It’s kind of a weekly wrap-up answering three questions that pretty much sums up your TBR, Current Reads and your last reads.. hope you can join us next week..) 🙂 🙂

  1. I adore The Slow Regard of Silent Things. It’s definitely a very weird book, and seems like a “love it or hate it” kind of thing. Auri was one of my favorite characters from the main series, so I was over the moon about a chance to get inside her head.

  2. I was reading The Midnight Rose but The Immortalists and The Bone Witch came in so I’m concentrating on those. I was worried at having so many books but I love how I have a few Kindle books b/c I can do my elliptical better by not checking the time so much. I’m occupied reading a chapter from each of those books and from Map of Shadows and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
