Hi Blisses,

I want to start this post asking everyone to pray. The threat of Corona virus in our country worsened. Schools are suspended in all levels for a week, and next week is still uncertain. Please pray for us. I know the threat has already spread not just in Asia so let’s pray together.

Now that I’ve let that out, let’s talk about my reads. This meme is hosted by Sam from Taking on a World of Words. This meme only requires answers to three questions regarding our past, current and next reads. I think this is an enjoyable way to share my reads.

#3 Questions are to be Answered

1.) What are you currently reading?

I’m halfway through Venators. I am literally currently reading it. Like I just took a short break to write this post. Guys, this book!!! I’m loving it so much. I’m part of a blog tour for this one so my review won’t be up until the 13th.

Of course, I’m still reading Becoming. I’m not an American so I wasn’t really that eager to know about Michelle Obama or even her husband, but now…I like this book so much. I wasn’t really expecting to like Michelle. I was expecting to like the book but not really her.

2.) What did you recently finished?

What a week I had, and it’s not because I read four. No. Reading 4 books in a week is no surprise anymore but it was a great week because all these books are great reads. I love them all. Well, The Will and the Wilds, not so much but I still gave it 3.5 stars. I won’t say much but can you all check out my reviews. Here are the links.

The Shadows Between Us – 5 stars ( My Review )
Chasing Cassandra – 4 stars (My Review)
The Will and the Wilds – 3.5 stars (My Review)

I didn’t review Cupids Anonymous but I rated it 4 stars. I have found a new favorite Contemporary Romance author. This book is so hilarious, I will have all the books in the series in my April TBR.

3.) What do you think you’ll read next?

There you have it guys. I’m trying to stay true to my TBR so wish me luck. πŸ™‚

Have you read any of these books? Are they on your TBR too? What do you think of them? What’s on your TBR this week? Have you had your first 5-star read of this decade yet? Let’s chat.

HI Lili, I had not heard that much about the virus in the Philippines, but your story is similar to that of many other countries right now. It is speading in South Africa too and it is scary because our people are so poor and live in such overcrowded conditions. Isolation will not be possible for most people here. I love you selection of books. I am reading They call me Mom about teaching in America, What happened in Vienna, Jack? a story about spies and espionage and recently finished Anthem by Ayn Rand.

I can’t wait until The Shadows Between Us comes in the mail. I’ve had three 5 star books so far this year. My first 5 star book was the second book I read actually. I will add you and your country to my prayers!! πŸ™

I’m so glad to hear you’re enjoying Venators! I already passed my blog tour spot, but I look forward to seeing yours. I really enjoyed the book. (P.S. I called dibs on Beltran! Dibs, dibs, dibs! xD).

I’m so glad you liked The Shadows Between Us! I loved it, too. I want more Slytherin romances. All the Slytherin romances!

Your upcoming reads all look great, and I hope you enjoy them! I really want to read Red, White & Royal Blue, too. Happy reading.

    Here’s my WWW post.

I just posted my review for Venators. I really loved it and yep, Beltran!!!

To be honest, i’m not a Slytherin anymore, I took the hogwarts sorting hat again and I turned out to be a Hufflepuff now, which really makes sense. I’ve changed. hehe. But I love Slytherin reads. Have you read The Cruel Prince? That’s the most Slytherin Read I know. Though I haven’t read all the books in the series. I will soon finish reading them. πŸ™‚

*le gasp* You’ve betrayed us! *clutches pearls* And for those *whispers* Hufflepuffs?! The worst sort of betrayal.

I have, and I haven’t read the third book yet, either. My coworker beat me to it when it came in, but that’s fine. She can tell me if it’s good or not. xD If you think Jude’s Slytherin … you should definitely read Nevernight if you haven’t. Because phew, girl, Mia. Although, actually, pretty much everyone in Nevernight is Slytherin. Just … to different degrees.
