WWW Wednesday, 05/20/2020

Hi Blisses,

How’s everyone? It’s been a month since I posted a WWW. It’s because during quarantine, (we’re still in quarantine) I read one book almost every night. I just feel lazy doing posts every Wednesday with lots of graphics. Because, of course, I need to include the covers of all the books I’ve read. Gosh, I’m so lazy to do that. Hehe.

But then again, I still read one book almost every night and yet here I am…I decided, I can’t skip another WWW. By the way, this meme is hosted by Sam from Taking on a World of Words and if you haven’t visited her site yet, kindly do now. You won’t regret it.

Okay, let’s talk book…

#3 Questions are to be Answered

1.) What are you currently reading?

If I’m Being Honest have been on my TBR since last year. I added it right when it comes out. And now I’m craving for romance…not in real life, mind you. LOL. Anyway, this book is a YA Contemporary and is about Cameron. The blurb says there’s only one word to sum up her reputation – bitch. So I’m assuming, she’s a mean girl. I like that because I haven’t read a lot of books where the mean girl is the main character. Also, the story is like a retelling of The Taming of the Shrew/10 Things I Hate About You which I both like. I really don’t know why I waited so long to read this.

2.) What did you recently finished?

I read six books.

Please click on their titles to read my reviews…

1.) The First of Shadows by Deck Matthews
2.) Dust of the Darkness by Deck Matthews
3.) The Simple Wild by K.A. Tucker
4.) The Girl He Needs by Kristi Rose
5.) Tilly and the Bookwanderers by Anna James
6.) A Duke Will Never Do by Darcy Burke

3.) What do you think you’ll read next?

There you have it guys? How’s your reading this past week?

Have you read any of these books? Are they on your TBR too? What do you think of them? What’s on your TBR this week? Let’s chat.

    1. Pages & Co is a great read. I dpn’t usually read a MiddleGrade book but I enjoyed it so much. It’s perfect for booklovers. There are so many references of books we all😊 love, especially classic books. I was actually inspired to read al the books mentioned in it.

      1. I’m still working quite a bit so i’ve not had too much time to read but I’ve been reading a lot of the classics – just finishing up Emma, Jane Austen now ! I will totally give it a read, thank you again !!

  2. This looks like a great mix of books! I was interested in If I’m Being Honest last year but I realized it was a re-telling of The Taming of the Shrew. Somehow I’ve never read The Taming of the Shrew and I like to read the classic before going into the retelling so I never got to it 😅 Happy reading!
