10 ARCs I Recently Acquired (Top Ten Tuesday)

Hi Blisses,

This is my first Top Ten Tuesday this year and I’m not following this week’s prompt. I guess the rebel side of me is still alive. LOL. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme currently hosted by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is “My Ten Most Recent Reads” but according to Goodreads, I’ve only read 13 books since January. I just don’t think, a book I read in January or February is still considered recent. So instead, I decided to share ten (10) ARCs I recently acquired.

I may have few recent reads but ARCs, I have in abundance. I have the same weakness that is very common to book bloggers – I’m easily tempted by ARCs. But it’s not my fault, they’re so easily accessible and sometimes even offered to me, am I right? LOL. Kidding aside I’m thankful for all the ARCs I have.

So today, I’m sharing ten of the ARCs that I recently acquired.

1.) For the Wolf by Hannah Whitten
2.) Dead Lies Dreaming by Charles Stross
3.) Catalyst Gate by Megan E. O’keefe
4.) The Firesof Vengeance by Evan Winter
5.) Little Thieves by Margaret Owen

6.) Son of the Storm by Suyi Davies Okungbowa
7.) The Dragon of Jin-Sayeng by K.S. Villoso
8.) The Unbroken by C.L.Clark
9.) A Master of Djinn by P. Djeli Clark
10.) The Broken God by Gareth Hanrahan

I realized that this list is almost a copy of my May TBR. LOL. Two of these books, The Unbroken and For the Wolf, I really acquired months ago but I only got their physical copies recently so I guess, they’re still recently acquired. πŸ™‚

By the way, guys, I’m still raising funds for my cat’s hospital bills. She has cancer and taking radiation treatments. Needless to say, her bills are expensive. If you can help, I will really appreciate that. Or maybe just RT my pinned tweet on Twitter. The links are below if you want to help.

Okay, Blisses. Share your Top Ten Tuesday posts in the comments. I want to know about the books you recently read.

Do you like ARCs? Have you read any of the ARCs in my list? Did you have them too? What do you think of them? Let’s chat.

  1. I’m so sorry your cat is having problems. Medical bills of any kind are SOOOO expensive. I wish that weren’t the case – it makes it difficult to take care of the sick people and pets that we love 😦

Looks like you have some great ARCs to look forward to, at least. I hope you find some great reads here.

    Happy TTT!

    1. Aaaw thank you Leelynn, I’d really appreciate the help. But the good news is she seems responding well to the treatment so I’m getting more notovated despite the financial and emotional struggle. πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks. And yes. Right now my cat’s bills are way more expensive than any medical bill I’ve ever had. Not complaining though. Hehe. But yeah, Im asking for donations coz I really can’t afford it. 😊
