Happy Wednesday Guys,
First, how’s everyone? Second, how’s your reading? The year’s ending and I’m sure most us are trying to reach our reading goals. Me? Well, I can’t say it’s good but… i’ll get to it later. This meme is hosted by Sam from Taking on a World of Words. And serves as my weekly wrap up and TBR post. 🙂
#3 Questions are to be answered:
1.) What are you currently reading?
Last week I started reading Penny Reid’s Winston Brother Series and now I’m in book 5. (book 6 isn’t out yet) Overall I’m loving the whole series but I can say book 5 is not the best in the series. Also I’m reading Crooked Raven by an indie author, Talis Jones. We met on twitter and asked if I can review her book. Of course I said yes. I love supporting Indies. 🙂 So far it’s fine.
2.) What did you recently finished?
Now, you might not believe how many books I read from October 17 till yesterday. TEN (10) BOOKS. And that seems amazing but I wouldn’t have read that many if I wasn’t in a writing slump. Guys, it’s terrible. A week before, I was both in a writing and reading slump. Last week, thankfully I was only in a writing slump. Sometimes when I look at the number of books I read and see it’s huge, it makes me sad. Because that means, I haven’t been writing. But I have to look at the brighter side. At least I’m now 7 books ahead of schedule on my Goodreads Reading Challenge.
These are the books I read last week:
3.) What do you think you’ll read next?
These books are part of a reading challenge I joined this month. And we’ll be having our monthly 24-hour Readathon this Friday. I’ll post the announcement tomorrow so if you wanna join and have fun with us, kindly look out for it. 🙂 Anyway, obviously, I’d be reading plenty this week too.
And look at the gorgeous covers of these books. I’m gonna look for the artists who made these covers so I can hire them for my book. No kidding.
So this is my week. How about you? You can drop your WWW links below so i can check them out. Just in case I don’t see them on my reader. I’m blaming our time differences. 🙂
Happy reading guys, and be happy.
Wow, I really wish I could finish 10 books in a week. Great job! I’ve been so behind most of this year it doesn’t even feel possible for me right now lol Happy reading!

Wow! 10 books! I was feeling pretty proud of my 4 books. LOL Looks like you read some good ones too. How did you like Hunting Annabelle? I remember seeing that on NetGalley and thinking that it looked interesting. Congrats on being ahead of your goodreads goal. First of all – I LOVE your to be read next choices. I want to read them all. And, I am a huge Penny Reid Ninja. Love her books. Have you enjoyed the Knitting in the City series yet? I absolutely agree that Book 5 was not my cup of tea. It is probably the only one I will never re-read. But, I cannot wait for book 6! Me too. i’m so excited for my To Be Read books. 🙂 I tried reading Knitting in the City before but didn’t enjoy it. Which is ridiculous because they’re exactly the kind of romance I enjoy. It was my mood that time I think. So I tried reading Winston Brothers to be fair with Penny Reid and oh my God, I love the Winston and their girls. I love Cletus so much. Book 6 is for Billy and whenever I think of Billy my heart aches. He’s the most responsible one, right? And in book 5 I read he’s engaged with someoneelse and not Claire, my heart broke into pieces again.
Sorry can’t help but talk about the books. 🙂

CLETUS is everything!!! Sorry for the all caps but it is so rare to chat with another person who understands. I am hopeful that Billy’s story is more like his and Jethro’s than Book 5 which was a real let down.
If you get a chance, try Knitting again. Janie is amazing and eventually you get the awesome story of Dan and Kat. So so good.
I’ll talk Penny Reid anytime!!

OH MY GOD… You can totally use all caps with me… I get so excited too when I talk about books I love. Yep, hopefully Billy’s story is as good as Cletus and Jeth’s. 🙂 I will try Knitting again. When I read book 4 which is Beau’s story and Janie appeared there with Quinn, I fell in love with them.:)

Yes! And, Ashley Winston has her own book as well. There is one in that series that I didn’t love either but all of them are worth reading.

hehe. 🙂 🙂 I sometimes read two books a day and I swear I can finish a thousand books in a year if I don’t have anything to do but read all year round.

I can’t believe this…10 books in one week (Takes a bow for being in awe with your reading skills 😂😂).
I have nearly finished Day Four (the sequel to the Three and that one took me about two and a half weeks) I just don’t have enough time to read many books 😅😅
But this is really amazing though: 10 books!! Wow!! 😊😊

Yeah but I’m sure you have times where you write a lot and don’t read so it balances out.

I have Penny Reid’s books on my kindle but I haven’t read them. I think I’ll binge read them if I’m in the mood. Go for Coraline next! If you have a chance to get an audiobook, I recommend it. Neil Gaiman is a fantastic narrator. 🙂
